Emergency Shelter Residents today: 37 4 children, 10 females, 23 males To Date: 623
Soup Kitchen Meals served to date: 24,680 Served since last Wednesday Report: 590
Food Boxes distributed to date: 3117
Medical Clinic patients this month: 86 To date: 772
Prescriptions filled this month: 199 To date: 1572
Individuals receiving financial assistance for utility, rent, transportation and prescription assistance:469

During this season of Thanksgiving, you have given many people reason to be thankful.
What an amazing community we live in. The city wide food drive last Friday to wrap up National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week was a huge success. Thank you for your generous donations, and for all who attended the SOS luncheon at City Hall that day.

The Warm Coat Program is BACK!
Over the last fifteen years, the Warm Coat Program has received and distributed more than 6,000 coats and jackets to the needy in our area at no charge. Our supply is exhausted and we need your help! Please search through your closets and contribute any coats and jackets that are clean and useable. Children’s and women’s coats are the most requested. You may deliver these to Mission Outreach at 901 East Lake Street and we will see that they are given to those in need. Thank you!
Come On! Ring the Bell !
Santa’s helpers are already signing up to Ring the Bell for the Mission ’s annual fundraiser - but we still have room for you! Individuals, members of local civic clubs, church groups, and business people faithfully volunteer every year. This year, we need 300 volunteers to wish shoppers a Merry Christmas and encourage giving to support the services provided by Mission Outreach. Give Heather a call at 236.8080 to see what time slots are available.
