When someone shares something of value with you and you benefit from it,
you have a moral obligation to share it with others.
Volunteers are truly the hands and feet of God
Thanks to all our volunteers that served on various projects this week!
Monthly Food Pickup in Jonesboro
Thank You Carl McKinney for use of your truck, trailer, time and labor of love.
Thank You Mike Woodside for loading food on the trailer.
Mike is a blessing. He gives his time and talent over and over, without any regression, without condition, with full devotion...
Thank You to members of 1st Baptist Church, Jody Dillan and Steve Simmons, who were co-labors with the food pickup as well.
Common Table
Thank You Jared Pickney and members of Grace Baptist Church for the food, fellowship and entertainment Sunday night.
The chili was delicious and could have been a contender in our recent Chili Rodeo.
The residents just loved the music and fellowship.
A member of the group, Angela Mitchell worked several hours providing haircuts for 20 residents.
Many met staff Monday morning sporting their new look!
Thank You Agape Girls for preparing, serving and cleaning up during mealtime Saturday night.
It was a pleasant break for the kitchen crew.
Two members from the Christian band, Clay (Mark Cobbs and Rodney Craft) provided music and personal testimony that inspired listeners.
Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
