Current Statistics
~~~~~~~~ All nine of our newest residents were able to find full-time employment shortly after entrance. One of our newer female resident’s, age 20, is working hard to obtain a GED. She dropped out of school in the eight grade. Her parents promised authorities she would be homeschooled however, that never happened…..now…she’s homeless. She’s attending GED classes daily and has brought her reading and math scores up to 80%. While instructors can work with her on achieving higher test scores, developing healthy social skills and problem solving abilities will take time, patience and a lot of encouragement.
