We are proud and excited to have these waiters and sponsors involved in our inaugural event - and there’s still room for more! Do you know a local “celebrity” who would be willing to have fun with friends while raising money for Mission Outreach? Are you interesting in being a guest at a table, participating as an event sponsor, or volunteering on that evening? Contact Patty Willoughby at patty.willoughby@ladarling or 476.6059, or Cathy Hughes at 236.8080.
Disturbing data…Did you know?
A new study from The National Center on Family Homelessness, which found that one in 50 American children is homeless, said the disruption and isolation caused by homelessness affects kids the rest of their lives. Children experiencing homelessness have twice the rate of health and emotional problems compared to those with stable housing and they have significantly lower high school graduation rates, the report found.

Still have your M&M Mini container? Fill it up with quarters or dollars and return soon!
As of today, we have over 1/3 of our mile of quarters completed. Thanks to ALL who have already turned in your donation! Contributions and containers can be returned to Mission Outreach or to the downtown branch of First National Bank anytime.
Thanks so much to the Greene County Industrial Training Center

Prayer Requests
- As many of you know, we were approved to move into Phase II of our planning process to develop a new facility. One of our first activities is to identify land suitable for building. The primary challenge is to find land in our service area but not in the flood plane. The foundation we are working with has the potential to build and furnish our new facility, however, land funds are not provided. We are looking for approximately 10 to 20 acres and ask you to join us in prayer that this land need will be met.
